Payment

At the time of booking we charge you 30% of the expected travel price. (We will need your billing address). The balance (70%) is due 30 days prior to tour start date.

You can pay on line with your credit card with a secure system:

Cancellation

In case you cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to tour start date, we return your money pre-paid, except for a handling fee of 40 euros per person. Within 30 days the fee is 15% of the expected travel price.

Extras

For extras (e.g. extra nights, additional services etc.) we charge you right after confirmation – if time admits  – or you pay us upon arrival.
